Japanese beauty brands report expansion and record sales
Several Japanese beauty and wellness entities are reporting significant milestones in market expansion and product performance.
In London, MIYAKO SKIN CLINIC, operated by Wealsync Ltd, is approaching its first anniversary. The clinic, which provides Japanese-style counseling and treatments, has reported high customer satisfaction and plans to expand its service lineup to include eyelash and eyebrow treatments in mid-2026 as part of a broader effort to bring Japanese beauty culture to Europe.
In the digital commerce sector, the live commerce app WABE reported a record-breaking sales event. Hairstylist Shunsuke Teramoto of L. store achieved the platform's highest sales to date, generating approximately 1.5 million yen during a beauty-focused live commerce event, demonstrating the potential for professionals to combine technical services with product sales.
Skincare and supplement brands are also seeing high demand. The pore-specialized brand emute, managed by La Beaute, saw over 7,000 pre-orders for its Christmas limited package within one hour. Additionally, NextHill LLC announced the upcoming November 2026 launch of ARCHIBEAUT, a beauty supplement utilizing patented domestic elastin technology designed for consumers aged 40 and older.
