Japanese celebrities share handmade bento creations online

Japanese celebrities Hanako Yamada and Pearl Ozawa have shared details of their handmade bento lunches on social media.

Comedian Hanako Yamada updated her blog to showcase an “arranged” lunch box featuring leftover tonkatsu prepared as a katsudon. She noted the meal was “full of volume” and shared that her performances at Namba Grand Kagetsu have been highly successful, with several shows selling out.

Actor Pearl Ozawa used Instagram to share an autumn-themed “character bento” prepared for her daughters' school festival. The meal included creative food art, such as acorns made from meatballs and sausages, as well as decorative grape carvings. Her posts have received significant praise from fans for their creativity and seasonal themes.
