Japan 2026 Music Festival Lineups Revealed for ITAMI, TOMIHAMA, TOMAKOMAI and More
Japan’s summer music calendar was expanded with several festival announcements for 2026. ITAMI GREENJAM will be held at Itami’s Koyōike Park on September 12‑13, featuring four acts – Eastern Youth, SHEN (formerly of Def Tech), singer‑songwriter Kiyomaru and the rock band Shimozu Mitsushi. Ticket sales for a personal supporter pass will begin soon.
In Aichi, the inaugural TOMIHAMA FES is scheduled for November 14‑15 at Tomihama Green Space in Yatomi City. Organisers disclosed a first‑wave lineup of more than 40 acts, including nobodyknows+, SEAMO, DA PUMP, Wednesday Campanella, BYMP BAND and ROTTENGRAFFTY. Admission is free for children under elementary school age, while adult tickets cost ¥4,000. A shuttle service from Kinjo‑Futō Station is offered.
Hokkaido’s TOMAKOMAI MIRAI FEST will take place September 12‑13 at Kirakira Park in Ibusuki‑cho, Tomakomai, adding the TikTok‑rising artist Monaki to its roster alongside other performers. A shuttle bus linking Sapporo Station to the venue opened for ticket‑holders on July 17.
The Otaru a cappella festival, “樽Fes2026,” is set for August 2 in Otaru, offering a free street‑stage program from 10:00‑17:00 and a final stage at Otaru Art Village.
Additional 2026 music news includes a concert tour by the rock band 10‑FEET and related releases, underscoring a busy year for Japanese live music.
