Japanese companies announce new digital and logistics partnerships
In separate business developments, Japanese companies have announced new partnerships aimed at enhancing digital and operational efficiency.
enigma and Dai Nippon Printing (DNP) have entered into a capital and business alliance to develop immersive, experiential spaces. By combining enigma’s digital production technology with DNP’s expertise in exhibition planning, design, and operation, the companies aim to provide integrated solutions for museums, international expositions, and corporate showrooms. The collaboration will focus on using data analysis to improve visitor experiences and developing standardized methods for digital spatial design.
Separately, Engage Inc. and OpenLogi Inc. have launched a system integration between the communication platform ‘Re:lation’ and the logistics fulfillment platform ‘OpenLogi’. This integration allows e-commerce operators to seamlessly transition between customer support tools and order management systems. The feature enables one-click access to order details and communication histories, reducing manual data entry and improving response speeds for inquiries regarding shipping and order changes.
