Japanese companies announce new services and management shifts

Several Japanese companies have announced new service launches and structural changes.

Kagome Co., Ltd. released its 2026 vegetable survey results, revealing that while 70% of respondents like vegetables, over 90% of those people are not meeting daily recommended intake levels due to time and preparation constraints. The survey noted tomatoes as the most liked vegetable for three consecutive years.

MoverX Inc. launched the beta version of ‘misemiru’, a web application designed for users to rank their dining experiences personally rather than relying on average star ratings.

In the food industry, Ganesha Co., Ltd. announced a new management structure for the ramen brand Minowa-ya. Daiki Honda, founder of SHOGUN BURGER, has joined as a shareholder and management partner to drive brand strategy and national expansion. The brand is also rebranding to ‘Jukusei Tonkotsu Minowa-ya’.

GembaShift Co., Ltd. introduced ‘Internal Knowledge AI’, a service aimed at organizing scattered corporate documents such as manuals, drawings, and meeting recordings. The tool provides answers with direct citations to original documents to prevent AI hallucinations and offers free trials to measure effectiveness.
