Japanese companies Astis and Nakasoné earn Health Management Excellence certification

Astis Co., Ltd., part of the Suzuken Group, was selected for the third consecutive year for the "Health Management Excellent Corporation 2026" award in the large‑enterprise category. The certification, administered by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, recognises firms that implement outstanding health‑promotion measures for employees and their families.

Nakasoné Housing Equipment Co., Ltd. received the same award for the fifth consecutive year in the small‑ and medium‑enterprise category. The company highlighted its comprehensive health initiatives, including 100 % participation in regular health examinations, lifestyle‑disease prevention programs, on‑site training facilities, and mental‑health support such as stress checks and counseling services.

Both firms said the recognition validates their ongoing commitment to creating safe, healthy workplaces and will guide further efforts to improve employee well‑being.
