Japanese companies launch new AI-driven business process services

Two Japanese firms have introduced new services designed to integrate artificial intelligence into professional workflows.

Beyondge Inc. has launched ‘Beyondge AI Studio for GxP’, a support service aimed at the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The service assists companies in designing and implementing AI within workflows governed by GxP regulatory standards. By using existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the company provides a blueprint for AI integration, aiming to demonstrate functional AI processes within three weeks and fully operationalize them within 90 days.

Separately, GMO Run System Co., Ltd. has introduced ‘GENBA AI by GMO’, a hybrid Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service. Starting October 15, 2026, the service utilizes over 150 types of specialized AI agents to handle routine tasks in accounting, human resources, and customer inquiries. The model employs a three-layer structure consisting of a management platform, AI processing, and human oversight to handle exceptions and final quality checks.
