Japanese companies launch new Shopify applications

Several Japanese companies have released new applications for the Shopify e-commerce platform to enhance store functionality.

Refactory Co., Ltd. has launched ‘MR. OSUSUME by Submitt! Recommend’, a no-code application designed to integrate e-365 Co., Ltd.’s high-performance recommendation engine into Shopify stores. The tool allows merchants to implement product recommendations based on browsing and purchase history to improve sales and average order value without requiring programming expertise.

Separately, Self Plus Inc. released three new Shopify apps in August 2026: ‘Author Profile’ for displaying author data and structured JSON-LD, ‘Popup Banner’ for A/B testing and click-through rate analysis, and ‘ThankBuilder’ for customizing thank-you and account pages using no-code blocks based on customer data.
