Japanese companies receive Eruboshi Certifications for women's empowerment

Two Japanese companies, Trisumi Glulam Co., Ltd. and Naris Cosmetics Co., Ltd., have received Eruboshi Certifications from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, recognizing their efforts to promote women's empowerment in the workplace.

Trisumi Glulam Co., Ltd. achieved the highest ‘3-star’ rating from the Nara Labour Bureau. The company met all five evaluation criteria related to women's active participation, reflecting its commitment to creating an environment where employees can utilize their individual abilities regardless of gender.

Naris Cosmetics Co., Ltd. obtained the second-level certification. The company met criteria in four out of five categories, including recruitment, continuous employment, working hours, and management ratios. Naris Cosmetics highlighted its long-standing history of supporting work-life balance, including flexible leave systems such as ‘skin leave’ and various options for hourly or half-day paid time off. The company also noted its success in transitioning non-regular employees to permanent positions and hiring women in older age brackets.
