Japanese confectionery and tea brands announce seasonal limited-edition products

Several Japanese confectionery and tea brands have announced new seasonal and collaborative limited-edition products.

Myokouen is launching ‘Black Doala’s Black Tea,’ a collaboration featuring the new Chunichi Dragons mascot, Black Doala. The product consists of mellow Japanese black tea made from domestic leaves, packaged in a specially designed tin. Pre-orders begin August 12, 2026, via the Myokouen online shop, with general sales starting August 15, 2026, at direct stores and online.

Kamakura Beniya has unveiled an autumn-themed assortment set to launch sequentially from September 1, 2026. The limited-edition packaging features a wood basket design with autumn leaves, nuts, and pinecones. The assortment includes the popular ‘Kurumikko’ walnut and caramel sweets, alongside ‘Ajisai’ and ‘Kamakura Dayori.’ The collection will be available on the official online shop starting September 1 and at all direct retail locations from September 2.
