Japanese dessert retailers launch seasonal Shine Muscat sweets
Various Japanese dessert retailers are launching seasonal autumn menus featuring Shine Muscat grapes.
H’s CREAM, a sweets specialty chain with locations in nine cities including Kobe, is introducing three new items starting September 14. The lineup includes a Shine Muscat crepe made with Yamanashi Prefecture grapes, a Shine Muscat smoothie, and a Shine Muscat sundae topped with rich vanilla soft serve.
In Chiba, PERIE MARCHE & GOHAN is offering a limited-time ‘SHINE MUSCAT Sweets’ menu available from September 11 through September 30. The selection features Shine Muscat and Kyoho grapes in items such as a soda float with milk soft serve, a cream soda, and a parfait incorporating Jersey milk and Chiba-grown peanut sauce.
