Japanese e‑commerce sites Mouse Computer and and ST adopt advanced analytics platforms

The Japanese PC maker Mouse Computer has introduced the Contentsquare customer‑experience analytics platform on its official e‑commerce site. The tool lets four internal departments share a common data language, visualise user behaviour beyond raw numbers and streamline the PDCA cycle. Mouse Computer EC Sales Department head 千竈信彰 commented that “Contentsquare has the potential to become a ‘common language’ that connects our organisation.”

Online retailer and ST, which serves over 21 million users, replaced manual SQL‑based reporting with the Amplitude product‑analytics suite. The change reduced the time to obtain an insight from more than a month to a few minutes, allowing staff without data‑analysis expertise to query the system via an AI‑agent. The new workflow links insights directly to revenue impact, enabling faster experiment design and implementation.

Both implementations aim to democratise data analysis, improve user‑experience design and accelerate growth for Japanese e‑commerce platforms.
