Japanese education groups roll out AI workshops to streamline school administration

NTT Docomo Business will host a free online seminar on July 28 for education boards and schools, presenting a prompt‑free AI solution that integrates with school PCs to automate teachers’ administrative tasks while maintaining security and ease of use.

The Tokyo Youth Chamber, together with the Education AI Association and NPO Minna no Code, is running two in‑person workshops for teachers on July 30 and August 3. Participants will learn practical, safe ways to apply generative AI to routine duties such as drafting notices, creating reports and preparing meetings, with guidance on privacy and copyright compliance.
