Japanese entertainment firms Sync Innovation and Kadokawa unveil new fan events

Sync Innovation Co., a Japanese maker of character merchandise, announced a special‑day promotion at the Saitama Seibu Lions vs. Orix Buffaloes baseball game on August 19. The event featured voice actor Takaya Kuroda, who voices Saraban in the anime “Mairimashita! Iruma‑kun”, a mascot appearance, a booth selling original‑illustration goods, and a lottery for signed items with Takashi Murase and Kuroda. Sales were cash‑only and the booth operated from 15:00 to 19:00.

Kadokawa Corp. revealed that the popular light‑novel creators behind “Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijōshugi no Kyōshitsu e” will hold advance reading events for the upcoming series “NIBUNNO NO INOCHI –1”. The two‑hour preview sessions, showcasing about 200 pages of a proof, will be held in early September 2026 at Animate Akihabara, Nagoya Melon Gallery, and Akihabara Entasu, with exclusive acrylic key‑chain giveaways for attendees.
