Various Japanese retailers, hotels, and wineries have commenced reservations for 2027 Osechi Ryori, the traditional multi-tiered meal eaten during the New Year holidays.

Hankyu Department Store is offering a wide selection of approximately 450 items, including traditional dishes from renowned restaurants like Kyoto Kitcho and Minokichi, as well as meat-focused and frozen options. Mitsukoshi Isetan is highlighting a growing trend in individual and small-group portions, catering to single diners or small households with specialized sets.

Kenzo Estate is providing curated Osechi sets designed specifically to pair with their wines, featuring both Japanese-Western fusion and traditional styles. Similarly, Hotel Metropolitan Edmont in Tokyo is offering luxury two-tier sets that combine Japanese staples with Western ingredients like lobster, caviar, and Wagyu beef.

Reservations for these seasonal offerings are currently open through various department stores, online platforms, and direct hotel bookings, with many providing early-bird discounts.
