Japanese IT firms launch specialized advisory and AI integration services

Japanese technology service providers are launching new specialized support models to address the growing complexity of IT decision-making and AI integration for small and medium-sized enterprises.

BTN Consulting has introduced an IT advisory service through its ‘Josis 365’ brand. Unlike traditional operational support, this service focuses exclusively on design reviews and decision-making assistance. It aims to help companies evaluate vendor proposals, manage IT budgets, and navigate security requirements like the SCS evaluation system. Due to the high level of expertise required, the service is limited to 10 companies.

Separately, ITSO Co., Ltd. has launched ‘MS Connect,’ an integrated service designed to support the adoption of Microsoft’s AI ecosystem. The service covers the entire lifecycle of AI implementation, including AI-readiness assessments, data security preparation, the development of AI agents using tools like Copilot Studio, and ongoing governance to ensure return on investment.
