Japanese local festivals open vendor applications for October events

The Uchiumi Chamber of Commerce in Aichi Prefecture announced that the 41st South Chita Town Industrial Festival will be held on 31 October from 09:00 to 14:30 at the Toyohama Fishing Port site. Applications for stalls closed on 31 July; fees are ¥20,000 for a tent and ¥10,000 for a kitchen‑car. Applicants must be chamber members, not linked to organized crime, and able to obtain the required business permits.

The Tomigusuku Festival and Tomigusuku Industrial Festa in Okinawa will take place on 17‑18 October at Toyasaki Seaside Park and IEA Okinawa Toyasaki. The organising committee accepted vendor applications from 3 August to 21 August, with selection giving priority to local businesses. Interested parties should submit the application form to Hirayam Co., the designated contact for the event.
