Japanese logistics companies announce headquarters relocations

Two Japanese logistics-related groups have announced plans to relocate their headquarters to new facilities in Tokyo to support business expansion and technological integration.

Japan Petroleum Transport will move its headquarters from Osaki, Shinagawa, to the Osaki Riverwalk Tower in Higashi-Gotanda in August 2027. The move aims to accommodate an increasing workforce and improve the working environment. Group companies Enex and Nichiyu will also relocate to the same site.

The Jaroc Group, which has operated for over 60 years, will relocate its headquarters from Nakano to the Ark Mori Building in Akasaka, Minato, on October 31, 2026. The relocation is intended to strengthen the group's ability to provide solutions for logistics DX, AI, and robotics. The move includes Jaroc, Jaroc Engineering Service, Jaroc Holdings, and Connexio.
