Japanese municipalities sign partnership agreements with private companies

Semboku City in Akita Prefecture has signed a comprehensive partnership agreement with Earth Corporation to promote health and regional revitalization. The collaboration will utilize the company’s bath products, insect care, and oral care items to support health initiatives. Additionally, the partnership aims to maintain sanitary environments during disasters. This marks the 21st instance of Earth Corporation entering such an agreement with a municipality nationwide and the first within Akita Prefecture.

In Tochigi Prefecture, Utsunomiya City has entered into a comprehensive partnership agreement with Fiaro Corporation and its group companies. The agreement focuses on utilizing mobility facilities to enhance disaster response capabilities, provide experiential learning, and support human resource development. The initiative is expected to contribute to regional revitalization through the use of circuit operations and vehicle development expertise.
