Tokyo ramen chain Kamukura marked its founding anniversary on July 19 with a "Kamukura Day" promotion. Customers who ordered two bowls of the restaurant’s signature ramen at ten designated Tokyo locations and posted a photo on X while following the official account received one bowl for free.

In Fukushima’s Kitakata city, July 17 was celebrated as "Kitakata Ramen Day". Local shops offered an unlimited fresh‑noodle‑packing contest and municipal employees were encouraged to dine at ramen shops, reinforcing the city’s long‑standing ramen culture.
