Japanese restaurant chains launch seasonal Hiroshima oyster menus
Japanese restaurant chains Ootoya and Katsuya have launched seasonal autumn menus featuring oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture.
Ootoya has introduced its annual ‘Large Oyster Fry’ starting October 2. The menu offers options for four or six large oysters served with a house-made tartar sauce containing anchovies. Prices for the set meals range from 1,420 to 1,720 yen.
Katsuya is offering an ‘Autumn Seafood Fry’ series, which includes combinations of large shrimp, Hiroshima oysters, and squid. Customers can choose between set meals, rice bowls, or bento boxes. The seafood fry set meal is priced at 1,199 yen at most locations.
