Japanese schools and universities hold 2026 entrance, open campus and graduation ceremonies
Akita City Commercial High School conducted its Reiwa 8 entrance ceremony on 8 April 2026. The event, attended by Akita City mayor Jun Numaya, welcomed 209 new students who heard a speech urging character development and respect for diversity.
Nihon University College of Commerce opened pre‑registration on 24 July 2026 for its 2026 open campus, scheduled for 18‑19 July.
