Japanese schools hold seasonal events and community festivals

Shigakukan Junior and Senior High School held its annual sports festival on October 3 under clear autumn skies. The event featured various competitions, including 50-meter sprints, obstacle races, tug-of-war, and traditional performances such as the 'Shichu Soran' dance by third-year students. The Blue Team achieved a triple crown, winning the Flag Award, the Cheer Award, and the overall championship.

Separately, student council members from Kyoto Kogakkan High School participated in an autumn festival at the nearby Komada Nursery School on October 3. The students engaged with local children by providing handmade smart ball games, fostering community interaction through the event.
