Japanese security firms announce seminars on supply chain and AI risks

Several Japanese security organizations have announced upcoming online seminars focused on evolving cyber threats.

Security Measures Lab, operated by Rocket Boys LLC, will host a free seminar on October 20, 2026, regarding supply chain security and the SCS assessment system. The session aims to address risks where attackers exploit third-party vendors or external services to breach a target company. Experts from Azgent and Trend Micro will discuss incident analysis, Attack Surface Management (ASM), and the necessity of evaluating security across the entire supply chain.

Additionally, AI Security Lab, in collaboration with LRM, Josys, and Assured, will provide a missed-delivery broadcast on October 8 of their seminar regarding security measures in the age of AI. The program covers governance design, vulnerability diagnostics, and practical guidelines for information systems and security departments to implement effective defenses and organizational integration.
