Following the leak of photos by an online account showing Yura with a child approximately one year old and an unidentified man, her management agency, NeoAluaProduce, issued an official statement. The agency confirmed that Yura has a firstborn child and that they have been aware of the situation for some time.

The agency clarified that Yura is not married and is currently sharing child-rearing responsibilities with the child's father. NeoAluaProduce stated that motherhood should not prevent her from pursuing her dreams as an idol, emphasizing that Yura remains dedicated to her career and performing on stage.
