Japanese SME Support Agencies Hold Joint Management Consultations

On 2 September in Saga Prefecture, five regional agencies – Kyushu Hizen Credit Union, Saga Prefecture Credit Guarantee Association, Saga SME Activation Council, Saga Business Succession Support Center and others – hosted a free joint management consultation. The event offered advice on sales growth, business restructuring, start‑up challenges, labor shortages, succession planning, price‑pass‑through, IT adoption and social‑media use, with pre‑registered time slots for participating entrepreneurs.

In Tokyo, the Tokyo Credit Guarantee Association publicised a series of updates and support programmes, including the establishment of a special consultation desk for issues related to the Ukraine conflict, Middle‑East tensions and rising oil prices, as well as reports on guarantee usage, new guarantee fee models and upcoming seminars for founders and managers. The association also announced recent seminars held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Library and other venues, highlighting its role in providing financial guarantees and advisory services to small and medium‑size enterprises across Japan.
