Japanese software firms expand workforce management tools
Japanese technology companies are expanding their workforce management software capabilities. ThinkSmile Inc. has launched a new survey feature for its teamwork application, RECOG. This feature allows employees to submit anonymous feedback, which is then automatically graphed and summarized using AI to help organizations identify areas for improvement.
Separately, Chuo System Co., Ltd. announced that its cloud-based attendance management system, RecoRu, will release a new Human Resources and Labor option in February 2027. Designed primarily for small to medium-sized enterprises, the option aims to provide an affordable way to manage employee information, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and personnel workflows within a single integrated system.
