Japanese tech firms launch new AI tools for career and workplace management
Several Japanese technology companies have announced new AI-driven tools and educational resources aimed at professional development and workplace efficiency.
Skillbridge Co., Ltd., through its ‘Aile’ brand, has expanded its suite of free career-support tools. These include ‘Code Trail’, a 100-lesson web-based curriculum for learning programming languages like HTML, CSS, and React without local environment setup; ‘AI Interview Preparation’, which generates practice questions based on user resumes; and ‘Aile Scrum Board’, a task management tool for job seekers. Additionally, the company released an AI tool designed to draft various response styles for communications with supervisors.
In the corporate management sector, Cubric Co., Ltd. launched ‘neurOS’, a communication management app. The tool uses AI to analyze cross-platform data from services like Microsoft Teams and Slack to provide daily summaries of organizational movements and identify the top three priority issues for management.
Furthermore, AISEE CONNECT released survey data regarding its ‘AI Business Support Specialist’ training program. The results indicated high satisfaction among participants, with 83.8% reporting a reduction in work hours following the completion of the e-learning curriculum.
