Japanese Thoroughbreds undergo final training for upcoming G1 races

Preparations are intensifying for two major upcoming Grade 1 horse races in Japan: the Kikuka Sho and the Tenno Sho (Autumn).

For the Kikuka Sho at Kyoto Racecourse, Danon History has completed a strong final training session at the Miho Training Center. Trainer Noriyuki Hori noted the horse showed excellent rhythm and footwork during its work alongside Mickey Falcon, marking it as a significant contender after recent dominant performances.

In preparation for the Tenno Sho (Autumn) at Tokyo Racecourse, several key contenders have completed their one-week prior training. Masquerade Ball, seeking a consecutive victory, showed strong movement during a training session with Realize Sirius. Additionally, Seiun Hades, the recent Mainichi Okan winner, demonstrated consistent form during training at the Ritto Training Center. The owner has indicated that this race may serve as the veteran horse's final run.
