Japanese wrestling promotions hold major events in Tokyo and Yokohama

World Wonder Ring Stardom held its ‘To The World 2026’ pay-per-view event at the Yokohama Budokan in Tokyo, Japan, before a live audience of 2,009 fans. In the main event, Suzu Suzuki successfully retained the STARDOM World Women's Championship by defeating Natsuko Tora.

Other notable championship results from the event include Ranna Yagami retaining the Future of STARDOM Championship against Akira Kurogane, Hanan retaining the Wonder of STARDOM Championship against Ami Sohrei, and the Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia Hart, and Skye Blue) retaining the Artist of STARDOM Championships. AZM and Miyu Amasaki also retained their Goddesses of STARDOM titles.

Separately, the Marigold promotion launched its ‘Dream*Star Grand Prix 2026’ tournament at Tokyo Korakuen Hall. The opening matches saw victories for Rea Seto, Shinno, Erina Yamanaka, Hummingbird, Mila Smidt, Natsumi Showzuki, Nagisa Nozaki, and Mayu Iwatani. In the featured match, Yictoria Yuzuki secured her first points by defeating Mai Sakurai.
