Japan's AI‑driven HR seminars aim to improve new‑employee training and graduate hiring

A free online seminar hosted by Alegroro Magic on 11 June introduced the OCL AI platform, allowing new employees to ask work‑related questions of an internal AI trained on company manuals. The session highlighted how AI can reduce education costs and help junior staff become self‑sufficient.

Another webinar scheduled for 28 July 2026 will address challenges in new‑graduate recruitment. Presented by Takahashi Kyōsuke of Salary‑Up Research Institute and Shimura Yūki of DEiBA Company, it will discuss the impact of generative AI on talent acquisition and showcase DEiBA’s scouting events in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka aimed at matching proactive students with employers.
