Atagawa Ocean Resort in Shizuoka Prefecture offers fifteen ocean‑front dog‑friendly rooms, each with a balcony overlooking Sagami Bay. The property features a natural‑grass dog park equipped with a foot‑washing station, a summer dog pool, and a photo booth for pet‑owner memories. In‑room pet amenities include cages, dishes and pet‑specific linens. The resort serves a buffet of roughly 70 Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes using local seafood and produce, with a children’s corner and free infant‑food options for members. Rates begin at ¥30,000 per person per night (taxes included) with dog fees of ¥2,200 for small breeds and ¥3,300 for medium breeds.
