Japan's Summer BBQ Promotions Highlight Fukuoka Beach Village and Niigata Edamame at Tokyo Beer Garden

From July through the end of September, the Grape Tree (ぶどうの樹) at Fukuoka's Fukutsu Coast Road operates a seasonal "BBQ Village" offering set menus that include meat, seafood, and vegetables. Prices range from ¥4,400 for adults with soft drinks to ¥5,500 with unlimited alcohol, with additional options such as a beer terrace and shower facilities. Groups of 20 or more can request free shuttle service.

Starting August 3, the Forest Beer Garden (森のビアガーデン) in Meiji Jingu Gaien, Tokyo, began selling a limited‑edition Niigata‑grown edamame brand called "Tsumari‑Chamame". The beans are featured in the garden's BBQ plans and were introduced with a media tasting event. Availability is limited and sales will end once the allocated stock is sold out.
