Jarama circuit to host expanded Madrid E-Prix

The Madrid E-Prix is scheduled to return to the Circuito de Madrid Jarama-RACE on June 26 and 27. Following a sold-out inaugural event, organizers have expanded the schedule to include two days of racing.

The upcoming event will mark a technological transition for the series as it hosts the debut of GEN4 electric single-seaters. These new vehicles feature active all-wheel drive and a power increase to 600 kilowatts, approximately 816 bhp. The cars are capable of reaching speeds of 335 km/h and accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in roughly 1.9 seconds.

Prior to the races, the Jarama circuit will host official pre-season testing for the GEN4 cars from November 16 to 20, 2026. The Madrid stop serves as the final European leg of the championship before the season concludes in Asia.
