Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech implements online-only ticketing
The Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech, Morocco, has transitioned to an online-only ticketing system. Visitors can no longer purchase tickets on-site; instead, they must reserve a specific date and time slot through the official ticketing website to receive a QR code for entry.
The 9,000-square-meter site features diverse plant life from five continents and includes the Pierre Bergé Museum of Berber Arts and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum.
Pricing varies by visitor profile. Moroccan citizens and residents receive discounted rates compared to foreign visitors. For example, a combined ticket for the garden and both museums costs 135 DH for residents and 330 DH for foreign visitors. Students and children aged 10 and older also qualify for reduced rates. Free admission is available for children under 10, individuals with disabilities, ICOM members, and authorized guides.
