Jaromír Soukup ordered to apologize to Miroslav Dopita following court ruling

A Czech court has ruled in favor of Miroslav Dopita in a legal dispute with Jaromír Soukup regarding claims of physical assault. The case originated from a conflict in autumn 2024 at a residential property where Soukup repeatedly alleged that Dopita had attacked him using a boxing glove with metal reinforcement or a telescopic baton.

Defense attorney Štěpán Ciprýn stated that the court dismissed Soukup's claims because he failed to prove these allegations, which the defense characterized as “invented claims” that violated personality rights. As a result, the court ordered Soukup to issue a written apology to Dopita and cover the legal costs for both parties.

Miroslav Dopita expressed exhaustion regarding the ongoing legal battles, stating he simply wants peace and to avoid further contact with Soukup. The verdict is not yet final, as an appeal is expected.
