Jarosław Kaczyński denies conflict with Adam Bielan
Jarosław Kaczyński, leader of the Law and Justice (PiS) party, has publicly denied reports regarding a rift between himself and MEP Adam Bielan. The denial follows an article published by Newsweek, which suggested that Bielan’s political standing within the party had weakened and that his actions had caused friction within PiS and with U.S. political circles.
In a statement on the X platform, Kaczyński described the claims of a conflict as a “lie” and praised Bielan as a “very efficient and experienced politician.” He specifically highlighted Bielan’s importance to the party regarding Polish-American relations.
Kaczyński also criticized the Newsweek editorial team, suggesting they should either “change their informants or change the field they are trying to describe,” accusing the publication of relying on unreliable sources.
