Jarvis Control Center introduces local browser agent powered by Gemma 4

A new local-first browser agent named Jarvis Control Center has been developed to allow users to control their computers using natural language. The tool enables users to perform tasks such as opening websites, searching the web, and playing YouTube videos through voice or text commands.

The system utilizes the Gemma 4 model running locally via Ollama to interpret requests and decide on necessary tool executions. Browser automation is handled through Playwright, while the application is built using Next.js and TypeScript. To ensure privacy and user control, the project is designed to work locally by default, avoiding the need to send conversations to hosted AI APIs.

Additional technologies integrated into the project include Convex for database and authentication management, ElevenLabs for optional text-to-speech, and Composio for connecting external services.
