Jasa Marga conducts toll road preservation to maintain service standards

PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance (JMTM), a subsidiary of Jasa Marga Group, is conducting ongoing preservation work across several toll road sections. The initiative aims to maintain pavement conditions in accordance with Minimum Service Standards (SPM).

Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A. Purwantono stated that regular preservation is essential for the quality, reliability, and sustainability of the toll roads. The company noted that high traffic volumes and Over Dimension Overloading (ODOL) vehicles contribute to the accelerated degradation of pavement quality.

To minimize disruptions to commuters, most maintenance work is scheduled during the night and early morning hours when traffic volume is lower. The company emphasized that all operations follow government regulations, including PP No. 23/2024, to ensure safety and traffic flow through the use of warning signs, security devices, and lane restrictions.
