Jasa Marga optimizes toll road preservation to ensure infrastructure reliability

PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, through its subsidiary PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance (JMTM), is optimizing planned toll road preservation efforts. The initiative aims to maintain infrastructure reliability, meet Minimum Service Standards (SPM), and enhance safety and comfort for road users by minimizing travel disruptions.

Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A. Purwantono stated that regular preservation is essential to manage the continuous impact of daily traffic loads and prevent pavement damage from escalating. Maintenance is conducted based on measurable field conditions and pavement integrity to ensure precise handling.

This strategy is part of a broader service transformation focused on customer experience and customer journeys. The efforts also align with directives from Danantara Indonesia to transform State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) services, aiming to improve service quality and create added value for the public through the integration of preservation, rest areas, and toll road information services.
