Jasa Marga prioritizes safety in toll road traffic management

Jasa Marga has emphasized that its toll road traffic management is focused on the safety of road users and operational staff, while ensuring smooth service delivery.

During demonstrations held on August 27, 2026, the company implemented situational operational measures to manage dynamic field conditions. These actions included traffic pengaturan and diversions for vehicles entering or traveling on the Dalam Kota Toll Road (Cawang–Tomang–Pluit) to avoid protest centers. Specifically, Jasa Marga temporarily closed 10 toll gates and diverted traffic at three gates leading to the Cawang–Tomang–Pluit section. The company continues to coordinate with the Police and relevant stakeholders to maintain operational security and flow.
