Jasa Marga wins two corporate governance awards at IICD 2026

PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has received two awards at The 17th Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) Corporate Governance Conference and Award 2026 held in Jakarta. The company was named a recipient of the ‘Top 50 Big Capitalization Public Listed Company’ award and the ‘Best Disclosure and Transparency’ award.

The assessments were conducted independently by the IICD using the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) standards. Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A. Purwantono stated that the recognition reflects the company’s commitment to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles consistently across its business processes. He emphasized that transparency is a commitment to maintaining capital market credibility and that strong governance serves as a foundation for business sustainability and long-term value creation.
