Jason David Frank's final film 'Legend of the White Dragon' released

The posthumous action film ‘Legend of the White Dragon’ has arrived in theaters, marking the final performance of late ‘Power Rangers’ star Jason David Frank. The project, which Frank spent over a decade developing, follows Erik Reed, a fugitive hero attempting to clear his name and protect his family.

Following Frank’s death in November 2022, filmmakers worked to complete the project according to his original vision. The film features several former ‘Power Rangers’ cast members, including Jason Faunt, Cerina Vincent, and Ciara Hanna, alongside actors such as Michael Madsen and David Ramsey.

Early audience reception has been positive, with the film holding a 79 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes. The theatrical release is tied to a special three-day event coinciding with the anniversary of the original ‘Mighty Morphin Power Rangers’ series premiere.
