Jason Kelce apologizes after referring to Eagles as “we” on ESPN

During an ESPN Monday Night Football broadcast, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce repeatedly referred to his former team as “we” while analyzing their halftime performance against the Chicago Bears. The slip-up occurred during the halftime show alongside Pat McAfee and Scott Van Pelt.

McAfee jokingly pointed out the bias, prompting Kelce to apologize to the Chicago fanbase. While Kelce expressed embarrassment over the slip, former ESPN analyst Ryan Clark defended him on social media, stating that Kelce’s history with the franchise justifies his connection to the team.

The Eagles ultimately lost the game to the Bears with a final score of 27-7.
