Jason Priestley honors late co-star Luke Perry

Actor Jason Priestley has shared an emotional tribute to his late ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ co-star Luke Perry. Speaking on the ‘Best With Them’ podcast, Priestley reflected on their long-standing friendship and professional bond.

Priestley, who made his directorial debut during the show's third season, recalled a particularly significant moment when he directed Perry in a dramatic scene involving the character Dylan McKay. He described the experience of filming a sequence where Perry's character discovers the death of his wife, noting that despite the heavy subject matter, they enjoyed working together.

Luke Perry passed away in March 2019 at the age of 52 following a massive stroke. Priestley expressed his continued sense of loss, becoming visibly emotional when asked if he missed his former colleague.
