Jassin releases new music video set in Wittenberg

Jassin, a 21-year-old rap newcomer from Wittenberg, has released a new music video for his single ‘Offensive’. The video is set in Lerchenbergstraße in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Saxony-Anhalt.

Rejecting the traditional hip-hop focus on large cities and luxury cars, Jassin celebrates his roots in eastern Germany. His work, including the album ‘Arsenalplatz’ and the song ‘Simson S51’, references local life and the iconic DDR moped. Despite the cultural context of his surroundings, Jassin has maintained a focus on personal themes rather than explicit political commentary during recent performances.
