Jaunimo linija promotes emotional health awareness

The organization Jaunimo linija recently held the ‘Žalia šviesa gyvenimui’ initiative on October 9–10 to promote emotional health awareness. The campaign used the color green as a symbol to encourage people to speak openly about their feelings and hardships without fear of judgment.

As artificial intelligence becomes more integrated into daily life, questions have arisen regarding whether people are turning to AI for emotional support. Diana Bukantaitė, head of Jaunimo linija, noted a fundamental distinction: while technology can provide information or conversation, it cannot replace the physical presence or the empathetic connection provided by another human being, such as a hug or simply being there during difficult times.
