Medical facilities undergo renovations in Mexico and Venezuela

Government officials in Mexico and Venezuela have inaugurated renovated medical facilities to improve healthcare services.

In Tabasco, Mexico, Governor Javier May Rodríguez delivered upgraded pediatric and hospitalization areas at the ISSET Dr. Julián A. Manzur Ocaña Medical Specialty Center. The improvements include expanded pediatric spaces, remodeled hospitalization areas, and an increase in isolation beds. The governor emphasized a commitment to providing dignified spaces for medical staff and better quality care for patients.

In Guárico, Venezuela, the Dr. Francisco Urdaneta Delgado Hospital in Calabozo has reopened its fully rehabilitated pediatric ward. The renovation included new sanitary fixtures, lighting, climate control, and general repairs, providing optimized space for over 20 children. Governor Donald Donaire announced that the next phase will include providing high-tech diagnostic equipment, such as X-ray machines and ultrasound devices, and plans to remodel the hospital's surgical area.
