Javon Tracy misses touchdown on punt return for Minnesota

During a game against the Akron Zips, Minnesota Golden Gophers wide receiver and punt returner Javon Tracy committed a significant error by running out of bounds while approaching the end zone. After fielding a punt at his own 29-yard line and evading an initial tackler, Tracy appeared poised to score a touchdown. However, while looking back at the Akron coverage team, he inadvertently stepped out of bounds at the 8-yard line.

Despite the missed opportunity, Tracy had a productive game, recording five catches for 91 yards and 80 yards in punt returns. Minnesota went on to win the matchup with a score of 41-7.
