Poland reports multiple road accidents and collisions

Multiple road accidents and collisions occurred across various regions in Poland. In the Oświęcim County, a series of incidents took place on a rainy Friday, including a collision in Zator and a crash in Jawiszowice where a BMW driver lost control and struck a Toyota. In Witkowice, a Ford and an Iveco van collided, resulting in the van driver being hospitalized; authorities noted the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.

In Jaźwiska, a head-on collision occurred on National Road 90 between a Skoda and an unmarked police Kia. Four passengers from the Skoda were injured, with some being transported to hospitals in Kwidzyn and Grudziądz, while one was airlifted by an emergency helicopter. The accident caused significant traffic disruptions on the bridge for several hours.
